Since 2012, audiences at the Robbie Burns Hotel have enjoyed an evening ‘tapeo’ infused with flamenco music, dance and song. Renowned for its Spanish kitchen, the establishment prepare some of the best, traditional bistro fare. Wine, dine and encounter the palpable sounds of some of Melbourne’s finest Flamenco artists, upstairs in an intimate restaurant setting. Former and ongoing performances include partnerships with Jini Lim, Laura Uhe, Charito Saldana, Nella Randone and Fernando Mira (dance), Manolo Jaen, Julie Pittle, (song), and Kieren Ray (flamenco guitar).
